As you comb through the The Cierra Lynn shops and services, there maybe a few questions that come to mind and on this page we will attempt to address everything we can. At the bottom of this page, there is a form to submit a new question that we may not have addressed. We strive to provide great products and exceptional customer service.
can products currently available in your store be altered to fit a specific need or event?
Yes. Any alteration can be submitted through our Custom Order form. If the alteration meets the approval, you will be contacted with the details of the order via email.
DO YOU HAND PAINT DIRECTLY ON YOUR SHIRTS & SWEATSHIRTS?
This can be a simply complicated question. Depending on the sweatshirt/t-shirt, there are specific processes that go into the design of each shirt. Our current collection of available t-shirts & sweatshirts are either carefully hand painted directly on to the clothing or hand painted then transferred to print for maximum life. We would love to give the secret sauce to our process of creation but we reserve the right to be privately super creative. Also, for pieces that include the BLOOM HEAD WRAP or other 3d sewn embellishments, they are precisely sewn into the fabric of the sweatshirt/t-shirt to enhance the look and appeal of the clothing.
CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN CLOTHING?
No. We have nothing against your clothing but we prefer to work with new clothing. We understand the need to use clothing that perfectly fits. You can create a Custom Order and provide the link to the item that you desire customized.

I SEE AN ITEM IN THE GALLERY, OR AN ITEM THATS SOLD OUT. CAN THIS ITEM BE MADE AGAIN?
All Cierra Lynn items are created in limited quantities. our gallery serves as a portfolio of work, therefore most items have been made a long period of time and are no longer available. If an item is shown on our social media pages or the gallery, and is listed for sale on our SHOP page, it is discontinued, sold out or not available.
WHAT IS THE TURN AROUND TIME FOR ORDER DELIVERY?
READY MADE ITEMS: Please allow 3 business to days to process,plus shipping time to expect your order.
MADE TO ORDER ITEMS: Please allow 7 to 10 business days , plus shipping time after ordering to expect or to receive your order.
CUSTOM ITEMS: Please allow 3 to 6 weeks days to process, depending on your order plus shipping time after placing the order to expect or receive your order.
FYI, once your order is shipped, your tracking number will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
HOW CAN I PLACE A RUSH ORDER?
Although we do have waiting periods for all items, we do understand that some items may be needed quicker to meet a deadline, gift idea or special occasion. Rush orders must be approved to ensue that we can expedite your needs. If time permits, and we have the product in stock and the materials you may qualify for a rush order. CAN YOUR PAINTED GLASS WEAR FIT PRESCRIPTION LENSES?
No. The glasses being used are reading glasses that have a set prescription and cant be replaced with any other lens.
- DO YOU DO A CUSTOMER PAINT ON MY PRESCRIPTION GLASSES?
No. We will not assume the responsibility for the care of your glasses.They are often delicate and can be broken with ease at any point.
I WANT TO SUBMIT A CUSTOM ORDER BUT I DON'T SEE WHAT I WANT IN YOUR CLOTHING TYPE. WHAT DO I DO?

I ORDERED AN ITEM ON THE "CIERRA LYNN SOCIETY 6" SITE BUT I NEED TO MAKE A CHANGE TO MY ORDER, WHO DO I CONTACT?
All orders processed through the SOCIETY6 site must be changed by the SOCIETY6 customer service team.Follow the link provide for more details on Order Changes, Returns and Exchanges ( SOCIETY6 CUSTOMER SERVICE ).
WHY CAN'T I COMBINE MY CIERRA LYNN SOCIETY6 SHOPPING CART AND THEARTISTCIERRALYNN.COM SHOPPING CART SO I CAN MAKE ONE PURCHASE.
Both sites offer completely different products and the manufacturers are different so combining carts is not an available option.
I PURCHASED A CIERRA LYNN COLLECTION ITEM AND ITS THE WRONG SIZE, WHERE DO I SEND IT.

CAN YOU PAINT A CARTOON CHARACTER ON MY CLOTHING?
The Cierra Lynn brand upholds the integrity of art, therefore, we don't not copy other licensed artwork, images, cartoon characters, symbols or logos if you do not own the rights to desired custom art/cartoon character.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY BLOOM TEE?
- All items from the BLOOM Collection are hand painted, hand dyed or hand sewn. Therefore, most items require special care.
- All items will come with clothing care information.
